1. Returns
- Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items, limited drops, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
- How to Start a Return:
- Email us at returns@vintagebklynnyc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond with instructions and a return shipping address.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
2. Refunds
- Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Non-Refundable:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Returned items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error) will not be refunded.
3. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us at returns@vintagebklynnyc.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
